  15. Photos - a minimum of 40 photos is taken of your home for use in brochures and on websites;
  16. Communication - Dedicated support available by e-mail or phone.  We take phone calls after hours.  We do not shut our phone off after 5pm!
  17. Market Analysis- A complete and detailed market analysis is completed at the beginning of each listing and followed up by a mini-market analysis every 30 days.
  18. Network - past clients, friends, and professional acquaintances;
